    Pro Day Rewind: Movers & Shakers

    Andre Anderson RBNews and notes from around the league in regards to NFL pro day workouts:

    Tulane senior running back Andre Anderson ran between 4.59 and 4.63 in the 40-yard dash to go along with 39″ vertical, 10′3″ broad jump and 17 reps of 225 pounds… he also caught the ball fairly well during his on-field workout… senior wide receiver Jeremy Williams ran in the high-4.4 range which is a big improvement from the high-4.5 to low-4.6 times he posted at the NFL Combine… Williams versatility on special teams and fine character references have likely earned him a spot in the third-to-fourth round range with Baltimore, Buffalo and Houston being three of the top contenders for his services.

    Former West Virginia and NFL standout cornerback/return man Adam Jones ran in the 4.4 range and then did individual and positional drills organized by trainer Duke Rousse.  The workout was held at
